Today in class we read C.R. Mudgeon by Leslie Muir and Julian Hector.
This book was about a hedgehog that constantly did the same
thing every day. One day he meets a new
neighbor that irritates him and plants poppies. He learns to be nice and
friendly. We liked this book because it teaches us a lesson about how to be a
good friend.
The best quote from the book was this one:
“Good friends are the spice of life.” -- Leslie Muir.
We
think this means that friends add flavor to your life. Without friends life
would be boring.
What kind of friend are you? What do
your friends do for you? What would life be like without friends? Please
comment.
