This week our area was hit by a winter storm bringing ice and temperatures in the teens. Today, DFW received 6 inches of snow! School has been closed, and Mrs. Alaniz is wondering how her students are using their time.
Video games?
Books?
Building snowmen?
Is anyone using the time to learn something new or study a topic of interest?
Mrs. Alaniz ventured out Friday and took pictures of the winter wonderland outside her door.
She found these tracks in her front yard.
| Who (or what) left these tracks? It's a mystery! |
How can the students in 4D learn from each other even if they are not in the same space?
Mrs. Alaniz will be seeking the answer to this question (and others)today.
She may never find out the owner of the tracks, though.
Wow, maybe the mysterious tracks are rabbit tracks. Because I see a bunch of little bunnies hoppin' around my abode. But maybe they are squirell tracks...
ReplyDelete...you never know!
How cool! I wonder what kind of animal left the tracks? I am so glad the snow has melted and we can all go back to school, but it is supposed to snow again tomorrow! Miss yall today!
ReplyDeleteI think this post is so intresting. I thing theese tracks might belong to a racoon, or maybe a squirrel. Dont you think we could study animal traacks and figure out what animal it is?
ReplyDeleteThank you for teaching me today mrs.alainz

ReplyDeleteThe tracks look like they are from maybe a rabbit or a squirrel.I had these same tracks to.When it snows again maybe you could spot the animal and it's tracks.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you think they are?I think it might be a bobcat.I think it is smart to not find out because it might be dangerous.
