First Day of School!

We had a great first day of school!
We reconnected with old friends, and we made some new ones!

Mrs. Alaniz read us a great book about the first day of school.

It is called This is the Teacher by Rhonda Gowler Greene.
We enjoyed this funny book about silly things that happen at school.

We also have a project tonight!  We have our Writer's Notebooks, and we took them home to cover them in a way that represents our personality with construction paper, scrapbook paper, cutouts, etc.
We can hardly wait to start writing in them!
