Today in Social Studies we talked about maps. Maps are used for navigating and if you get lost. Maps also help you track something. They can lead you to your destination.
People use different kinds of maps. Some maps are on GPS, some are on paper, and some are on a phone. Tracks are also a map that help you find a certain location. If you don't have a map, you may not find your way.
In class today, we made maps of our neighborhood. We are trying really hard to do our best. On our maps we are showing landmarks and everything around us. Making a map is fun, creative, and difficult.
