Converting Units of Length

In math today, we learned how to convert units of length.

We used yardsticks and rulers to measure things around us. Then we converted the measurements. We converted this way:

12 inches = 1 ft.

So if we had 3 ft., it would be 36 inches (or 1 yard).

We took pictures with the iTouches, and we put the picture into Comic Touch Lite. This is an app on our iTouches that we use to make pictures "talk".  It was fun taking pictures around the classroom.

Here is another picture:

It was fun using this app for the first time. Have you ever used Comic Touch Lite? If so, please comment and tell us how!
